These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and services provided by DN Frachtline e.U. (hereinafter “DN Frachtline”) to its customers. Deviating agreements require written confirmation.
DN Frachtline provides transport and logistics services within Austria, the EU, and internationally.
A contract is concluded upon written confirmation or actual performance of the service.
- Provision of all necessary information, documents, and permits.
- Proper packaging, labeling, and securing of goods.
Liability is based on statutory provisions and the CMR Convention (where applicable). Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction.
- In case of delay, DN Frachtline may charge default interest pursuant to § 456 UGB.
Austrian law applies, excluding CISG. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
